Talk about creepy! Stat Counter indicates that someone visited my last post from the Legion of Christ server in Rome and spent 10 minutes here. I only posted it this afternoon, I'm not particularly famous, and yet already within hours they've found me!
Not to read too much into it, but to me that does seem to suggest that they may be tracking all references to the story, or at least to anything linking to that article I provided.
For what reason, who knows. But I bet I'm on some sort of big paranoid enemies-list now!
Or, on the off chance our visitor is some sort of renegade within the ranks of the Legion itself, contact us. We'd love to hear from you.

How do you know where people are, their semi-precise locations? If the Pope were reading your blog, would it tell you? hahaha
It would not get as specific as the Pope, but it would tell me if anyone from the Vatican was reading, possibly specific Curial offices, depending on what they've named their servers.
This is definitely creepy, but I would say, given its specificity, Google Analytics is even creepier!
It isn't Google Analytics that is giving specific servers and IPs, it's Stat Counter.
I gave everyone fair warning about The Conspiracy.
Wow, that's so cool!
